What a beautiful post....to fall in love again with our first true calling...to be a keeper of the home.
I recorded a duet with a friend called 'ever so gently' and it would be perfect as a background for this post....how He gently calls us back to the important stuff that really stirs us.
Beautiful post!!! So sorry you dropped your camera... I would be lost without mine! Thanks for visiting today and for your sweet comments! hugs~~~ Daphne

Home is where the heart is -- Especially for those of us who love the old and vintage How about making and selling greeting cards from your absolutely stunning photographs. I will buy the first set! You MuSt have a camera -- You mUsT !!
I slammed the liftgate to our SUV on my little digital camera...lost my cell phone and tripped over my laptop charger and messed it up (this week). I have no advice for you :) Just a hug!
A Camera to MOST of us is as important as our cell phone....you must get another.
There are wonderful ones out there...you need to shop online to compare...I like :- http://www.steves-digicams.com/camera-reviews/ to help find the TYPE of camera needs you have. GOOD LUCK....you must have a camera for that wedding.
Welcome~I'm Rene'. I am a forty-something wife, homeschooling mom, and grandmother. I'm learning to walk in *grace* more and more each day. I am a daughter of my King.
I live in a 100-year old farmhouse which we just might finish renovating someday. But is is still my home sweet home. Most days you will find me here working on all of my *projects*.
I do business as *Miss Gracie's*. I love all things vintage but I also love to take old, outdated, worn items and give them new life.
Here you will find bits and pieces of my life...from grandbabies, to shopkeeping, to my walk with God.
My home. My passions. My heart.
I'm so glad you stopped by for a visit.
