annie, fannie , and abigail in white...

I discovered this booth a few years back
at my most favorite place to shop
evah.
in Portland, Oregon.

It is run by twin sisters
Donna and Diana,
their business
name
is

Is that not the most adorable name?

I stand in absolute awe of their wonderful spaces.
They definitely  have the art of presentation
and
 the coolest stuff.

How do they part with it?

My daughter says...
hmmm....
that may just be our problem here.

I'm not sure if the  inspiration is for my home
or for my business.
Maybe both?

Not too much white here
justa dolly head
whatcha think about those?
Me, not so sure.

I'm always sad to leave .
(Just ask my family-they have to drag me out)
I feel such a kinship
It could be all of those bloggy-friends that sell there.

like Debbie
(my shabby roses)

(Kindred Roses)

(Colby Cottage Happenings)

and don't forget Lisa (A thing for roses) and Isabell (Maison Douce).
then there is Bella Shabby, Calamity Jane,
and so many more.
there is a lot of talent under that roof.

I didn't buy much
just came home
itchin'
to re-decorate.
and uncover all of that junk I've been stashing.
Happy White Wednesday to y'all.

I love the name "annie, fannie, and abigail!" ...only wish I could shop there! :) Not so crazy about dolly heads! :) I completely GET the kinship to certain places and feeling like you just need a few more minutes...What if I missed something... something wonderfully delightful?????????????????????????:)
Blessings!

I sure wish Ky. was closer to Oregon. I just drool over all the goodness under that one roof! As for the doll heads - I so don't get it - they totally creep me out. How did something decapitated get so trendy? LOL!

Rene,
I agree with you Monticello is absolutely the greatest!! I have a friend who lives just east of Portland and I had her take me the last time I was there...it's fabulous. That booth is really wonderful. But I'm with the others, no doll heads for me!!!!! I have seen it a lot in different blogs but I like the whole doll!!
I could spend hours at Monticello, too.
Thanks for sharing!!

I love Monticello, too. You must not be far from me because I head there often! Wouldn't it be fun if we 'ran into' each other there? Maybe we'll have to look to find each other there next time!

That says a lot about a shop when it inspires you to go home and change things up without buying up the store. You probably have a lot of the same style in your own home. looks like a fun place to look and look. Marcia

Beautiful photos and display. Being the small world that it is, Donna use to be in my store a long, long time ago here in So. Cal! I just stumbled across their blog a few weeks ago. She always had amazing stuff way back when!

Take care, Sue

Well call me Kermit 'cause I'm pea green with envy. Monticello is on my to-do list or should I call it my someday list. I think all the vendors are crazy talented. You listed a whole lotta names of folks I would love to meet beginning with the twins and ending with Sue of Bella.
