shabby house whites...

This is what I've been up to...last week was our Holiday Open House...I do have to admit it was a stuggle to prepare for...I always feel like I'm a season behind anyway and then the way retail moves in christmas so early...now am I 2 seasons behind? But it was my last big push of the year and now I can turn my attention to home...pumpkin pie and fall cleaning...ahhh...back on schedule.

a very cool old house turned antique store where I rent the back porch to sell my many projects

Wow is that your shop?! It's great - looks like I could spend a lot of time picking out treasures. Are you located close to CT?
Great photos.

Twinkle lights add so much charm don't they? Your little space is just darling, like a little girl dressed in a ruffly white dress with ribbons in her hair of curls.

Thanks for stopping by my side of the world. Wonderful whites you have on show. It's so dusty over here, nothing would stay white for long. Blessings to you, :) Tammy

Renee,
Everything looks fabulous! I am especially drawn to the frame within a frame. Love the angles.
I saw a dresser in the new Romantic Home that has me planning to put a lot of appliques on the chest on chest in my bedroom. I love the way you have used the appliques on your pieces. Thanks for stopping over for a peak at my place.

I love how the twinkle lights look with the garland and all your whites really stand out withthe brown walls.

Yes, I did bleach some of the trees. I also tried spraypainting the ones that are more plastic and won't bleach. I liked how they turned out.

Enjoy the rest of your week.
