Hi Rene, I'm so glad you were able to leave a comment! Other bloggers are now able to comment also; I'm glad it got fixed. I love your peonies; mine are still in buds. I bet you are busy getting ready for your sale. I wish we could come, but we are scheduled to go to Boise probably the last week in June. I also love your kitties! So cute!
I'm having a vintage rose giveaway if you want to sign up.
Hope you're having a great Sunday!

I love peonies most of all. They are the MOST lovely of any flower. And your philosophy is right on target. Life is 'too stinkin' short' to miss out on all this. How wonderful to have the special posting with your daughter's handwriting on it. That is a beautiful treasure...reminds me of many lovely things.
I'm glad you took the time Rene. These are beautiful. And we can look back at them again and again. Thank you. Diane
Beautiful peonies...

SO lovely!! And I am adding that to my "quote book". Perfect!! Thank you.
What beautiful images of your peonies. I'm glad you took time to photograph them. Life is too short to not stop and smell the roses or peonies, at least once in a season. Blessings, Pamela

Renee,
So love the peonies. Ah you are right, life is too short to miss peonie season. Since we don't have them on the gulf coast here in FL, I adore blogs that feature them. They look beautiful. I so like the quote. I am going to print (when I get some ink for the printer one of these days) and put in a small frame on my desk in my studio here. Makes me smile and a great way to start the day thinking like that. Good luck with you weekend show/sale.
That is a wonderful quote to remember!
i wrote something similar on my facebook wall the other day that just came to me, it says something like this
"we are here as humans to solve problems, not create them.". we tend to complicate rather simplify our lives. it is all a matter of balance and sustainability.
always a pleasure to stop by and visit you.
