a peek into my kitchen...

you can tell a lot about my week
 from my island
this is
NOT the peek into my kitchen
you've been waiting for
but right now
 it is the real deal

 #1
round 2 of that nasty cold that is going around
I've been coughing
coughing
and then coughing some more

 #2
paint
we've been painting
inside
in the kitchen
work has been very s-l-o-w for the Mr.
so we do what we gotta do
PAINT furniture
without a heated shop...it's in the house for us.
a little slower production than what I showed you last week

come quickly, spring!

 and packages, packages, packages
I'm still trying to clear out stuff
and  now
because  you've been so good

.
.
.
now
.
.
.
 you've been so good
I will show you
a few peeks of the pretties in the kitchen
I haven't had much any time to work on it lately.
That seems to be how it goes.

Don'tcha  love that vanilla bottle?

   baby buggy

I wanted to give you a peek on a few
of the new things on etsy
I'm trying to add things every few days

A simply shabby
sofa slipcover
I never even took it out of the package

I'd better get back at it...
have  a great week
Rene'

Love that you shared some of your kitchen. That is a cute idea with the garden fencing and the plates.

Hi Rene'! Hope you're feeling better soon! That flu/cold bug just keeps making it's round, doesn't it? ugh. Love that vanilla bottle! And that fencing in front of your plates is so very clever! Happy WW to you!

Hi Rene, it's amazing how the cold weather can affect some of us; from our health to our daily activities. Spring will be here soon, PRAISE THE LORD! Feel better so, dear lady :o)
Be blessed.

Man do I feel better now. I thought I was the only one who painted items in the house! LOL No heated shop here either and I have several items that need spray painted for my booth. Hubby is going to heat the office part of his shop and paint it all in there...one of these days...hopefully! ha!
LOVE the fencing in front of your white dishes!
Hugs~

Sweet Rene, I am sorry you have been sick again! I pray you are feeling better soon! That coughing will wear you out! I hope all the painting is going well. My sweet hubby is painting the parlor, then the kitchen, and so on. Then he will paint some furniture white. It does take time doesn't it? I LOVED the sneak peeks into your beautiful kitchen!!! Your vignettes are always so gorgeous and inspiring! You have a gift!!! I am so glad you are selling on Etsy again. Love, Paula
