a little barn love...

Today
I am thankful;
thankful
for the provision in my life.

We are self-employed... in the construction field.

I have to say
that when my husband  quit his job 5 years ago
to go into real estate (yikes... that was a flop)

I was not full of faith.

I resisted and  I  worried.

BUT

God has provided just what we have needed.

When the real estate market crashed
My husband  did what he knew.
 construction and painting.
He  has been diligent and faithful.
and hard-working.
 We have enough.
more than enough.

And God is able to make all grace abound to you,

so that always having all sufficiency in everything

you may have an abundance for every good deed;

2 Cor. 9:8

God is so very good to all of us...we just have to at times look a bit deeper than ususal to find the joy for our particular situation......but it's there.

Just haveing my computer back up and running again, after three days is a small miracle for me.
Now I can start running amuck agian around the blogs.
And answering my own.

Isn't it funny how that works Rene? We think we know what is best for us , but in all reality and deep in our hearts GOD only knows. I have said many times that I am glad I am not the One in charge of the universe because I would get it all screwed up! lol.
Beautiful pix!

Beautiful pictures.....and such words of grace. I've been stuck in complaining mode with all the upheaval in our lives. I need to start comparing my life/house/struggles with those who REALLY have things hard.

Thanks for the reminder....

Thanks for bolstering me today, I am speaking out God's provision even more! My hubby wants to take an early retirement, this will mean a TOTAL change in lifestyle, sell the house and downsize...big huge downsize!!! I really don't want to let go of my beautiful home, but won't hold on at the expense of peace. Please keep me in your prayers!
