barn whites...

If you know me
you know
I am crazy
about setting up,
especially for my *events*

I always have  grand ideas...
lots of grand ideas
but
as the days get closer
my list of *wants* and expectations
decrease.

There is never enough time.

No matter how much I think
I am ahead of the game.

This sale was no exception.

Thursday came.
It was time to get serious
about setting up.

I looked through my idea files
 for simple (meaning quick)  inspiration
and found this:
photo courtesy of garden vintage antiques

THANKS to

and

You girls rock
and
 are my inspiration!
~
~
~
I think we can do that...
These doors have been just sitting in the barn
not being used.

Oh, honey...

easy, peasy,

fabulous backdrop!

So here  you go

Enjoy!

another easy backdrop
with shutters
that I bought *years* ago
and had not used

This french blue with a glaze
 was new for me.
It was a hot-seller!

another fun new color

These signs
were a new addition
this year.

I was so happy with how they turned out!
~
~
~
all in all
it turned out to be a great sale
with
great customers
and
great vendors!
The excitement and energy
were incredible!
That's  all (I think!)
you'll hear about
the sale
You're probably getting tired of it.
I am
and
am ready
to move on to the next thing!
Happy White Wednesday to all...

  6. Oh my I wish I lived closer ..your ideas and borrowed inspiration are my inspiration as well.

I set up for my marketplace tomorrow and I only wish I could make a set up like that but when your traveling it sure limits you to what you can do.

Your signs are positively wonderful and if I had a barn sale they would be my first choice I love using old photos.

    Have a Lovely week

  12. My first barn sale .. it was a lot of fun. The hutch/shelf in the 7th & 8th picture is already hanging up in my guest bath. :) We arrived at 6:08 and most of the stuff on that table was already gone! Lesson learned!!!

  35. Rene I am in AWE once again!! You do amazing things with your vintage finds! If I could do half that good I would be happy...I think...oh probably not. I want it just like yours!! :)

I just got done mopping my floors and I mopped myself right into the computer room. Imgaine that?? I figured that way I had an excuse to get on and check out some WW posts.
Although...I will say...not good to mop yourself into a room and then find out you have to go potty. LOL

    Hugs my dear friend!
