Ooh...no I haven't! What's the name of the movie, Victoria? (I have it from my geneologist aunt that on our British ancestry, there's a illegitimate link to the British Royal family, through the gardening staff....and my mother looks so much like the current queen of England it's not funny.

So...I have a fascination with these people. I'll have to make a point of going to see it! Thanks for the heads up!

XOXO

Hi! Hope you're staying warm! Thanks for the mini movie review. I had heard bits about it and haven't seen it advertised, but now I'll keep an eye out. Have a great week!

Dear Rene, this film was out in the UK last summer and I missed it. By all accounts, Queen Victoria was completely head over heels in love with her consort, to his death. The entire country thought they were going to lose her due to her grief.

I will see if I can get the dvd
What a romantic lot you are :o)

Hi Rene' -
It does look like my kind of romantic movie. I'm a sap for all things romantic. I have to tell you, I do LOVE my new little desk, I just need to finish my room, painting, more accessories, etc. I did notice when I was visiting your blog the other day that you had bought my platter. It looks great in it's new home and I am so happy you are enjoying it :)
