And I love your front hall...wonderful staircase. I'm amazed at your wall paper removal--considering I worked 17 hours on a small patch of, yes, unprepped right on unpainted wallboard wall paper. Finally gave up!
It does look pretty so vintage. The weather has been so weird. In New Jersey they say we are three weeks ahead of schedule with everything because it has been so warm.

As for snow on the first day of Spring: think Mr. Winter was miffed that he did not act all big and blustery in some parts of the country, so he wanted to have the last laugh by dumping snow on the first day of Spring! Blessings.
Oh goodness! We have been experiencing unusually warm temps this winter and things started popping up green really early but we've been known to have a hard freeze as late as the first of April. So far, so good! Spring is in full force.
