Beautiful. White is perfect any time of year, just imagine Winter without the beauty of a new fallen snow.(from the inside looking out of course) Susan x
Lovely photos! I once asked my mom why they wore white all the time "back then." She asked, "Who says it's white?" Apparently some of the photos I assumed were white, of her and her sisters, were pastels!
Great post...love those cabinet cards, especially the six girls...looks like a garden hose for a frame around their faces!!! Beautiful button up shoes! Faye
I do so love vintage ladies clothes as well...... sooooo feminine!!!!! No matter our age ... there is just something about lace on a beutiful blouse or dress!!!! Thanks Rene for sharing!!! Terri
Do you ever think that you should have been born during an earlier time in history? Of course, understanding that God makes NO mistakes, I sometimes wonder what it would have been like to have lived during a more genteel time. ;)
Thanks for linking to Time Travel Thursday this week. I LOVE seeing all your pretties. ;)

Rene' Oh my goodness..how I love visiting your house. Yes, vintage clothing is MOST delightful. Sometime in the next day or so, I should have some Kaleidoscopes on my blog made out of your photo of the old dress on the dressform at the top of this post. MUST catch up on your blog now. It has been TOO long. Thank you, Rose
I really like how you have dressed your mannequin in all the different laces but my heart went pitty pat when I came to the black and white shoes with the buttons. Gorgeous and to have a pair - how wonderful.
Pretty, pretty, pretty!! I love the first hat with the flower. It reminds me of one of my favorite old tv shows. Olivia (Mama Walton) wore a similar hat. Shannon
I love these photographs of yours.
