Roses and a new Bible coverfrom my girls
And this card brought tears
of happiness and laughter
to brighten my morning

ReplyDeleteMother's Day brought time with my daughter and husband, a realization that certain personal expectations aren't necessarily healthy and thus should not be entertained, a belief that a nap can indeed renew and bolster one's spirits, that love is an act of will, that I'm humbly blessed to be my daughter's mother and that I'm also humbly blessed that my husband chose me as his wife and mother of his child.

What a wonderful Mother's Day you had. I love the brooch..so beautiful. I'm also glad we had a chance to meet at your sale. Your sale was everything I hoped it would be and more. Everything was displayed beautifully! I love the Shabby House and will be back to shop some more :)
